Shipping & Delivery Policy – Your Tripmate

At Your Tripmate, we provide travel services (not physical goods). This policy explains how we deliver booking confirmations, tickets, and other travel-related services to our customers.

1. Service Delivery

All bookings and confirmations are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or SMS once the payment is received.

E-tickets, itineraries, hotel vouchers, and other travel documents will be shared within the timeline specified during booking.

2. Delivery Timelines

Instant Confirmation: For most packages, confirmations are shared within 24–48 hours of booking.

Customized Packages: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the requirements. Customers will be informed during the booking process.

In case of delays caused by third-party partners (airlines, hotels, transport), Your Tripmate will keep the customer updated.

3. Mode of Delivery

All documents are sent electronically (via registered email ID / WhatsApp number).

No physical documents are shipped, unless specifically requested. Additional courier charges may apply for physical delivery.

4. Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp) to ensure smooth delivery.

Your Tripmate is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
