Cancellation & Refund Policy – Your Tripmate

At Your Tripmate, we try to provide the best travel experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our cancellation & refund policy carefully:

1. Cancellation by Traveler

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the departure date: Eligible for a partial refund (excluding advance/service charges).

Cancellations made within 7 days of departure: No refund will be provided.

For group bookings, if any member cancels, the remaining members are responsible for covering the full booking amount (as per company policy).

2. Cancellation by Company (Your Tripmate)

If a trip is canceled due to weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or operational reasons, customers will be offered either:

An alternative trip/date, OR

A full/partial refund, depending on the situation.

3. No-show Policy

If a traveler fails to show up at the boarding point on time, no refund will be issued.

Delays caused by the traveler are not the responsibility of the company.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

Any transaction or gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Advance payments, permits, tickets, and third-party bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
