Terms & Conditions – Your Tripmate
Welcome to Your Tripmate! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or using our services. By booking a trip with us, you agree to abide by the following policies:
1. Booking & Payments
All bookings are considered confirmed only after the advance payment specified at the time of package confirmation.
The balance amount must be cleared before departure as per package details.
Payments made are non-refundable unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip may be eligible for partial refunds (excluding service charges).
Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will not be eligible for a refund.
In case of a group booking, if any member cancels, the remaining members are responsible for paying the full booking amount (as per company policy).
3. Itinerary & Changes
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, traffic, operational, or safety reasons.
Your Tripmate reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip in case of unforeseen circumstances.
If the company cancels a trip, customers will be offered an alternative trip or refund.
4. Liability & Responsibility
Your Tripmate is a travel organizer and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
Travelers must carry valid ID proofs and travel documents.
Any illegal activity, misconduct, or misbehavior during the trip may result in immediate termination of participation without any refund.
5. Health & Safety
Travelers must inform the company about any medical conditions before the trip.
Your Tripmate is not liable for any health-related issues during the journey.
Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned in the package.
6. Travel Insurance
Travelers are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance for safety.
The company will not be responsible for any expenses due to medical emergencies, accidents, or missed connections.
7. Governing Law
All bookings and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Your Tripmate is registered.
