Cancellation by Traveler<\/strong><\/p>\n Cancellations made 7 days or more before the departure date: Eligible for a partial refund (excluding advance\/service charges).<\/strong><\/p>\n Cancellations made within 7 days of departure: No refund will be provided.<\/strong><\/p>\n For group bookings, if any member cancels, the remaining members are responsible for covering the full booking amount (as per company policy).<\/strong><\/p>\n 2. Cancellation by Company (Your Tripmate)<\/strong><\/p>\n If a trip is canceled due to weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or operational reasons, customers will be offered either:<\/strong><\/p>\n An alternative trip\/date, OR<\/strong><\/p>\n A full\/partial refund, depending on the situation.<\/strong><\/p>\n 3. No-show Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n If a traveler fails to show up at the boarding point on time, no refund will be issued.<\/strong><\/p>\n Delays caused by the traveler are not the responsibility of the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n 4. Refund Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7\u201314 working days to the original payment method.<\/strong><\/p>\n Any transaction or gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/strong><\/p>\n 5.
