Terms & Conditions \u2013 Your Tripmate<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Welcome to Your Tripmate! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or using our services. By booking a trip with us, you agree to abide by the following policies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Booking & Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All bookings are considered confirmed only after the advance payment specified at the time of package confirmation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The balance amount must be cleared before departure as per package details.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Payments made are non-refundable unless specifically mentioned otherwise.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Cancellations & Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip may be eligible for partial refunds (excluding service charges).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will not be eligible for a refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In case of a group booking, if any member cancels, the remaining members are responsible for paying the full booking amount (as per company policy).<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Itinerary & Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, traffic, operational, or safety reasons.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your Tripmate reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip in case of unforeseen circumstances.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the company cancels a trip, customers will be offered an alternative trip or refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4. Liability & Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Your Tripmate is a travel organizer and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Travelers must carry valid ID proofs and travel documents.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any illegal activity, misconduct, or misbehavior during the trip may result in immediate termination of participation without any refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Health & Safety<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Travelers must inform the company about any medical conditions before the trip.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your Tripmate is not liable for any health-related issues during the journey.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned in the package.<\/strong><\/p>\n

6. Travel Insurance<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Travelers are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance for safety.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company will not be responsible for any expenses due to medical emergencies, accidents, or missed connections.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n
